1. What types of jewelry do you offer?
Exquisite, handcrafted, and entirely original.
At Kaufmann de Suisse, we offer a curated collection of fine jewelry including custom engagement rings, wedding bands, statement necklaces, gemstone earrings, and bespoke creations — each crafted with rare materials and artistic precision.
2-Do you provide custom jewelry design services?
Yes — custom design is our specialty. From concept to creation, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life, using only the finest gemstones and craftsmanship.
3. What are your store hours?
In Season (Nov 1 – April 30):
Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Summer & October:
Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed in August & September.
Private appointments are available by request.
4-What is your return policy?
Custom orders are final sale, but we are happy to work with you to ensure satisfaction. In-store purchases may be exchanged if the piece is not quite right, and for online orders, returns are accepted within 15 days if the tamper-proof tag remains intact.
5. Do you offer jewelry repair services?
Yes. Our master jewelers are skilled in fine repairs, from stone resetting and prong work to full restoration. Even if the piece wasn’t purchased from us, we’re happy to assess it.

Select pieces are available through our website with secure, insured shipping. For exclusive or custom pieces, we invite you to contact us for a personalized consultation.
7. Do you provide jewelry appraisals?
Yes, conducted by our expert gemologists. We provide comprehensive appraisals for insurance, estate, or resale purposes — even for pieces not purchased from us.
8. Do you accept international orders?
Yes. We offer insured international shipping and personalized service for clients worldwide. Private concierge support is available for high-value purchases.
9. Is your boutique wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our Delray Beach location is fully accessible. Please let us know if we can accommodate any special needs prior to your visit.

11. Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes. All pieces are beautifully wrapped in our signature packaging, with complimentary gift wrapping available upon request.

Absolutely. We offer in-person and virtual consultations with Monica Kaufmann or a member of our expert team. Contact us to schedule a private appointment.
13. What is your warranty policy?
We offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty. Repairs due to manufacturing defects are covered, and we offer ongoing maintenance and complimentary cleanings for all our clients.
14. Do you offer financing options?
While we don’t use third-party financing companies, we’re happy to secure your piece in our safe while you pay over time. Many clients also use their own credit card arrangements.
15. Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. All our diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process, and we work exclusively with trusted partners who meet the highest ethical and environmental standards.
16. Can I customize an existing design?
Yes. We’re happy to adapt our signature designs to suit your preferences — whether it’s adjusting a stone, changing the metal, or adding a personal detail.
17. How long does a custom piece take to create?
Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and stone availability. We will always provide a clear timeline during your consultation.
18. Do you work with heirloom stones or family jewelry?
Yes. We’re honored to repurpose heirloom stones into fresh, modern designs while preserving their sentimental value.
19. Do you offer jewelry cleaning and maintenance?
We do. Complimentary cleanings and inspections are available by appointment to help keep your piece brilliant and secure.
20. Are your designs available anywhere else?
Our designs are exclusive to our boutiques in Delray Beach and Montreal. We do not wholesale or mass-produce — ensuring your jewel remains as rare as it is beautiful.
