3. What are your store hours?
In Season (Nov 1 – April 30):
Monday–Saturday | 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Summer & October:
Tuesday–Saturday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed in August & September.
Private appointments are available by request.
4-What is your return policy?
Custom orders are final sale, but we are happy to work with you to ensure satisfaction. In-store purchases may be exchanged if the piece is not quite right, and for online orders, returns are accepted within 15 days if the tamper-proof tag remains intact.
5. Do you offer jewelry repair services?
Yes. Our master jewelers are skilled in fine repairs, from stone resetting and prong work to full restoration. Even if the piece wasn’t purchased from us, we’re happy to assess it.

While we don’t use third-party financing companies, we’re happy to secure your piece in our safe while you pay over time. Many clients also use their own credit card arrangements.
15. Are your gemstones ethically sourced?
Yes. All our diamonds comply with the Kimberley Process, and we work exclusively with trusted partners who meet the highest ethical and environmental standards.

At Kaufmann de Suisse, we tailor our hours to reflect the rhythm of the seasons — always with your comfort and convenience in mind.
In Season (November 1 – April 30):

4. What is your return policy?
At Kaufmann de Suisse, every piece of jewelry we create is a work of art — crafted with intention, precision, and meaning. As such, our return policy reflects the bespoke nature of our work and our deep commitment to client satisfaction.
Custom Orders:
All custom-designed pieces are final sale. These creations are made exclusively for you and reflect your personal vision. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us. We are happy to make refinements or adjustments where possible to ensure your piece aligns with your expectations.
In-Boutique Purchases:
If you’ve purchased a piece directly from our boutique and you or your loved one are not entirely delighted with it, we invite you to exchange it for something that truly resonates with you. If nothing in-store captures your heart, we will gladly work with you to create a custom piece that does. Your happiness is our highest priority.
Online Orders:
For online purchases, each piece will be delivered with a tamper-proof plastic tag. If the tag remains intact and the piece does not meet your satisfaction, it may be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Upon return, the item will undergo inspection to ensure no stones have been disturbed and no damage has occurred to the metal or setting. Once the inspection is passed, a full refund will be issued.
Please note: if the tag is removed or cut, the piece is no longer eligible for return.

All of our jewelry is covered by a lifetime craftsmanship warranty, which ensures your piece is free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Should an issue arise due to a flaw in the way the piece was made, we will repair it at no charge.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from everyday wear, accidents, misuse, or improper care — however, we are always here to assist with repairs and maintenance to restore your piece to its original beauty.
